Daguan Gallery is delighted to present our new exhibition in celebration of the year of the Dog. We are honoured to have invited artists from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, including Lee Yih-Hong, Lu Shu-Chen, Hsu Yu-Jen, Zhou Chunya, Su Wong-Shen, Lu Hsien-Ming, Lee Ming-Jong, Lien Chien-Hsing, Weng Liang-Yuan, Wu Chi-Tao, Yao Jui-Chung, Chen Ching-Yao, Lo Chan-Peng, Eunice, Cheung Wai Man, Tseng Sheng-Hui, Cheuk Ka-Wai, Cherie and Chan Kwan Lok. With 17 artists and 20 works with ‘dog’ as the key element, which coincide with this year’s zodiac animal, this is to be the blockbuster exhibition this spring. Though different medium – paintings, prints, sculptures – artists express their fondness for dogs, from reality or from imagination, but the affection for the animal is mutual.
